Ingredients:
6 slices white bread, crust removed
1 pound ground sausage
4 cups monterey jack cheese
6 eggs
1 tsp seasoned salt
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp dry mustard
1 can chopped green chiles
1 Jalapeno, chopped
2 cups half and half
1 onion, finely chopped

         <description><![CDATA[Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar
3 Tbsp cocoa
1 !/2 Tbsp cornstarch
1/2 cup hot water
1 1/2 tbsp butter
1 tsp Vanilla
Directions:
Mix well; add 1/2 cup hot water and&#160;microwave until sauce becomes thick, stirring occasionally. Add butter and vanilla. Serve warm over ice cream. It's good on bread pudding too. Cover to store in fridge and warm in microwave for 1 minute before serving.

1 cup sugar + 2 tbsp corn starch
